is a curator and organizer who lives and works in Brooklyn, NY (unceded Canarsie/Lenape lands). She is the former Curatorial Assistant at the New Museum of Contemporary Art, where she proudly helped organize the New Museum Union – Local 2110 UAW alongside her colleagues in January 2019. She served as an elected delegate and was part of both the bargaining and organizing committees. From 2019–22, she worked as an organizer for Local 2110 UAW, assisting other arts workers in organizing unions at the Whitney Museum of American Art, the Guggenheim Museum and the Jewish Museum. She currently works as Senior Curator at Acrylicize, a multidisciplinary art and design studio. Altamura holds an MFA in Curating from Goldsmiths, University of London. 

is the President of Local 2110, United Auto Workers, an amalgamated local union representing thousands of workers across cultural institutions, nonprofits, publishers, state agencies, and beyond in NY, CT, MA, and ME. She holds a PhD in Civil Engineering from Columbia University. Olga first got involved in the union in 2014, when she organized her co-workers to form a student worker union. She has been working for Local 2110 since 2018 and has been representing workers in grievances and negotiations, as well as organizing new union campaigns across multiple industries. 

is a motion designer and labor activist. She worked at the Brooklyn Academy of Music (BAM) from 2015 to 2021 and helped to organize BAM’s administrative and creative workers. She currently works in advertising and earned a B.F.A. from the Memphis College of Art. Kaitlyn was raised in Nashville, Tennessee and lives in Brooklyn, New York. 

is a playwright and editor whose work both on and offstage addresses issues of labor, capital, and inequality through various aesthetic and material lenses. In 2021, they published No Play, a book of interviews with theater artists and workers about their work—employment, creative, personal, and social—and how they saw its value shift during the pandemic. She has also engaged in small scale advocacy around pay increases for playwrights regarding developmental workshops at various theaters around New York City. Currently, they are an artist-in-residence at the Public Theater through Creatives Rebuild New York, where in addition to developing new work and staging their play Jordans in 2024, they have also been engaged in internal and external conversation and advocacy around labor justice, playwright compensation, and collective action in the theater.
