Donation Opportunities

Arts Leaders of Color Emergency Fund.

As we maneuver to address COVID-19, there has and will be a huge economic impact on the arts community, especially individual and teaching artists of color.

Arts Administrators of Color Network has set up the Arts Leaders of Color Emergency Fund which folks can donate directly to in support of BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) artists AND administrators (consultants, facilitators, box office staff, seasonal/temporary employees, etc.) who have been financially impacted due to COVID-19. Creatives practicing and teaching their art as well as the administrators who are supporting that art will without a doubt need our financial support to weather this unexpected and uncertain storm.

Artist Relief Tree.

The current global health crisis is having a severe impact on arts and culture. Performances and productions have been canceled for months, causing many artists to lose economic and social stability.

This fund is set up to collect donations from those of us with the means to help. We intend to support artists, particularly freelance artists, in a small way. Unfortunately we cannot hope to replace artists’ entire fees or lost work, but we wish to provide hope, make a small difference, and show solidarity with colleagues and friends.

PAAL COVID Emergency Fund for Artists with Families.

Many artists with families in our field have experienced sudden unemployment or serious financial crisis and have been reaching out. With no paid leave, no childcare due to closures, and no guarantee of work returning, we're stepping in and stepping up. PAAL is creating an emergency fund for artists with families to apply for support by committing all donations made in the months of March and April with a goal minimum of $5000. We won't reach that alone. See below for a list of ways to help.
